Whiskymaker's note:
Nose: Fresh sweet sherry which is both youthful and complex at the same time. In the glass, it develops aromas of Scottish fudge and butterscotch.
Palate: Lots of spice along with oloroso-soaked raisins and rich dark chocolate.
Finish: Perfect combination of sherry, spice and alcohol which results in an extremely long, beautiful finish. A wonderful example of Glenfarclas at 50 years old.
